The Woody Creek Community Center Can Be Yours!
Bring your group or meeting here during business hours
there's no charge for rent. With advance notice, we’re happy to make a special lunch menu just for your group. If your group is a non-profit, we’ll work with you for a very special price to use the facility after-hours for your meetings or fundraising events = We want to share this great place with valley non-profits! We also have space in the Community Office to share with small non-profits.
WC3 Venue spaces
The Living Room: (378 sf, not including kitchen-grocery area) It’s the heart of our 1940's log cabin, and a river stone fireplace is the centerpiece of your private gathering. Hardwood floors, beamed ceiling, and original pine paneling make the Center cozy and ready for your own personal touches. Only available to rent as part of the “Full Cabin” (below), after 6:00 pm.
The Gallery: (364 sf) We host 12 exhibits per year of local artists in The Gallery, making this separate room a unique environment for a private gathering. Also available is a large-format 10’ screen with audio visual capabilities. Great for family reunion movies, conferences, classes, Powerpoint presentations, filmfests. It is available for private use daily from noon to 10:00 pm.

Regular rates for the full cabin are $75 per hour. Local non-profits inquire about discount.
Commercial Kitchen: (360 sf, lower level) A cook’s dream! Bring your potlucks, caterers, chefs, bakers, or great-aunt! Lots of counter space, a 4 rack full-tray convection oven, baking area, Hobart 20-quart mixer, ice machine, 3-compartment sink, prep sink, food processor. The kitchen rents for $35 per hour, based on availability.
Community Office: (lower level) There is space for small non-profits to keep a file cabinet, use the computer, printer, copier, scanner, and fax. Availability based on need.
