The purpose of the Woody Creek Community Center is to provide opportunities to forge the bonds of a strong community.

A not-for-profit organization

As our local workforce finds itself commuting longer distances, the opportunity to meet with each other face to face, instead of windshield to windshield, is threatened.  With soaring real estate prices in the Roaring Fork valley around Aspen, finding space where groups and neighbors can meet is a rare commodity, and we’ve got it in Woody Creek!

There is no charge for groups (friends, organizations, boards, etc.) to meet during business hours in the public area of WC3.  However, to help support WC3, they are expected to buy coffee, breakfast, lunch, or other offerings.  Groups desiring privacy must make rental arrangements.

When friends first walk into the living room of this small log house, they tell us how welcoming and cozy it feels.  From the wicker armchairs by the fire, to the many kitchen tables and wooden chairs, this is a place you will recognize as ‘home.’
